# UN World Climate Change Conference (COP23)
06.-17. Novembre 2017, Bonn
In Bonn, the 23rd UN World Climate Change Conference will take place from November 6th to November 17th. At the official and international UN exhibition at the ‘Rheinaue’ park, Thermicon GmbH will take part in order to present its universal applicable technologies and innovative ideas to achieving the goals set out in the Paris Agreement to limit global warming.
The impacts of climate change can no longer be denied. Natural disasters are on the increase all over the world. The number of extreme weather events in Germany, for instance, has more than tripled since the 1970s. We have to act now to achieve the goal set out in the Paris Agreement – to keep global warming to below two degrees Celsius – and to limit the impacts of climate change.
We will only succeed by working together.

More efficient - the innovative network "Neue Effizienz" and seven companies unite their competences for sustainability at a joint stand at the world's most important industrial fair, which will take place from April 13 to 17, 2015 in Hanover. The seven companies, including THERMICON, are network partners of the "Neue Effizienz" ("New Efficiency").

On September 1 and 2, the 8th Energy Efficiency Fair took place in Frankfurt am Main. 350 experts presented the latest solutions, best practices and trends on energy efficiency at stands and in 60 presentations. The Energy Efficiency Fair was the meeting place for more than 2,000 national and international trade visitors. We were represented as active experts with specialist presentations.

For the third time, the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia is participating in the IndustrialGreenTec as part of the Hanover Fair 2014. In this way, North Rhine-Westphalia not only demonstrates its particular responsibility for climate and environmental protection as a major industrial location in Europe. It also demonstrates the enormous potential of the environmental technology industry. Environment Minister Remmel was one of our esteemed guests.
